Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used beauty products (lipsticks, makeup, tools, etc.).

However, we will offer support if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged

  • Your package was lost in transit

  • The item arrived defective

If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


📦 Damaged / Wrong Item Received

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the product

  • A photo of the packaging

We will send a replacement or offer a refund depending on availability.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase since we process orders quickly.
After that, the order may already be in transit and cannot be changed or stopped.


🚚 Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your package:

  1. Check with neighbors/family

  2. Double-check your shipping address

  3. Check with your local post office

If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we will assist with a replacement if eligible.


💳 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product was never delivered

  • You received the wrong product

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

  • Used/opened products

  • Color preference changes


🕒 Processing Time

Once approved, refunds take 3–7 business days to appear on your original payment method.
